The Rickmansworth Park School Association is for everyone. It’s all of us. Every mum and dad who has a child or children at Rickmansworth Park School immediately becomes a member of the RPSA.
You can be as involved as you want – whether it’s contributing ideas, baking or buying at the cake sale, organising or attending a quiz night or Easter crafts event or taking the kids to the Halloween Disco. While you’re having lots of fun and feeling the benefits of being part of a team, you’re also raising much-needed funds for the school. Funds the school desperately needs and relies on.
There are lots of ways you can support the RPSA - by volunteering as a class rep or committee member, donating for events or giving a helping hand wherever possible. It doesn’t matter if you can’t bake or craft or sew – there’s always a way you can help… Serving at the bar or flipping a burger at the Summer BBQ, perhaps?
Getting involved is a fantastic way of meeting more parents within the school and making friends! But, more importantly, all the money raised goes straight back into making Rickmansworth Park School a better place and a happier environment for your children. Research even shows that children who see their parents actively engaged with their school are more likely to engage too.
If you want to get involved, email rpsacontact@gmail.com. Or ask at the school office to find out a list of the present members of the committee.
